OTD in 1972 Frank Worthington’s transfer to Liverpool is off after he failed the medical. It is one of the great what ifs, Worthington at Liverpool. Would he have been a Man Utd Cantona or a Man City Marsh? Also would he have become an England regular if he played for Liverpool?
